Distillio helps you turn selected business books into concise, action-focused reports.

A session may include up to 9 books. This is presented as thoughtful curation to improve output quality and usefulness.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Distillio may offer a free trial session without requiring a credit card.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Pricing and session allowances are shown on the pricing page.

You may cancel according to your billing settings, and access will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, or use Distillio for unlawful purposes.

You may not reverse engineer or resell the service except where expressly permitted by law.

Distillio, including its software, brand, and product experience, is owned by Distillio and protected by applicable laws.

You retain rights to your uploaded content and account data, subject to rights needed for us to operate and improve the service.

Reports and summaries are generated with automated systems and are provided for informational purposes.

You are responsible for how you use report outputs in your business decisions and communications.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business outcomes, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Distillio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Distillio in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for legal or security reasons.

You may stop using Distillio at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Distillio after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
